Rear Leaf Spring
This spring is decambered to lower the car @2”, it’s designed to allow for some fine tuning. As supplied the spring rate is 140lb, however by unbolting the central locating peg, the bottom leaf can be removed to soften the rate to 120lb and lower the car slightly more. (This was originally planned to allow fitment to both steel and fibreglass bodied cars, in practise I’ve found removing the bottom leaf on a steel bodied car brings the spring horizontal). Also now available in standard height for autotesting, rallying or road use.
